Our refund policy takes 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, the product cannot be reimbursed or exchanged. In order to qualify for a refund, the product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also cannot accept return of products which are dangerous substances or flammable liquids or gases.

Please submit a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your refund.

Refunds
After your product refund is received and checked, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received the returned product. We will inform you as a store team about the approval or rejection of your refund. If your transaction is approved, your refund will be processed and your money will be automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method on a given day.

Late deposit or missing incomplete refund
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account or credit card account transactions again.
Then, contact your bank account of your credit card, which may take some time to process your refund.
If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Gifts
If the product has been sent as a gift when purchased and sent to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your refund. After receiving the returned product, we will send you a gift certificate. Save this certificate. In addition, if the product is not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the giftee has ordered you to give it later, we will send a refund to the gift provider and find out if the refund has been made.

If you are shipping your purchased product to more than $ 100, you may want to consider using the shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the product you returned as a store team.
